Furniture modeled, UV'd, and rendered by hand for 39 Days — built to carry environmental storytelling, not just fill space. Hover a piece to inspect it.
All 23 assets in 39 Days were modeled from scratch. No marketplace content anywhere in the level. Every piece was built dimensions first in Blender, scale applied at source, and exported clean to UE5. Combined budget for the measured set: 16,426 tris.
Hover any piece to inspect. Couch, rocking chair, dining table, and bathtub show wireframe on hover.
Geometry was budgeted by how close the player gets to a piece, not by its physical size. Interactables are held and examined at arm's length, so they carry the most detail per centimetre. Furniture is read at walking distance and kept lean. Background and wall mounted pieces are the leanest of all, since they are only ever seen in silhouette against a lit wall.
Read at walking distance. Silhouette and proportion carry these, so geometry is spent on profile rather than surface detail. The couch and toilet take the largest share, at roughly 3,000 tris each, because both have continuous curvature that reads badly when faceted.

Inspected in close up when picked up, so these carry the highest detail relative to their size. The key is the clearest example: 1,204 tris on an 8cm object, because it fills the frame during the pickup that gates the whole level. Flat items like the note and portrait stay near 70 tris and rely on texture work instead.
